How I work

Bring me a problem.

I'm not the consultant who hands you a 6-month AI strategy deck. I build the actual thing.

Maybe you already see a specific problem and want someone to figure out if AI or automation can actually fix it. Manual reporting eating half a day a month. A competitor-monitoring task nobody has time for. A workflow that depends on someone copying numbers between spreadsheets. Bring me the problem, I'll take a look, and I'll tell you straight whether I can help. If I can, I build it.

Don't know where to start with AI?

A lot of business owners know they should be doing something with AI but aren't sure what's worth the trouble or where to begin. That's something I help with too.

The intro call usually handles it. You answer a few quick questions when you book so I show up prepared, then we walk through how your business runs and what's eating time. The problems worth fixing usually surface on their own. From there we can scope a build or decide there's nothing worth doing yet.

If you need more than that, we can scope a longer paid audit from there.

Where I work

I prefer to work with companies near me so I can come on-site when we need to. A lot of these projects need access to logins, tools, or platforms that are easier to set up in person than over a screen share. Two areas I cover in person:

  • Athens, Georgia area
  • Anderson / Greenville / Clemson area (South Carolina)

If you're outside those areas but still want to work together, I'm open to fully remote projects. Just say so when you reach out.

What I have built and can build

Stuff I've built falls into four buckets:

Workflow automation

Reporting that fills itself in, monthly KPI scripts, spreadsheet cleanup. Anything that's eating time because someone has to copy numbers around.

Dashboards

Marketing dashboards, sales reports, inventory views. Pulls from whatever tools you already use (Shopify, ad platforms, anywhere the data lives).

Monitoring and research

Competitor prices, product reviews, regulatory or news scanning, Amazon Buy Box. Stuff you'd want to check daily or weekly but nobody has time for.

Custom AI tools

Custom GPTs for content writing, ad copy, and employee training. AI analysis of customer feedback. Internal tools that know your business.

The work page has real examples of each.

That list isn't the limit. If you've got an idea that isn't on it, bring it. I'm genuinely open to building new things as long as the project is actually possible to pull off. A lot of what's on the list above started as "is this possible for you to build using AI?"

Pricing

I keep pricing simple. Fixed prices for the small, predictable stuff. Hourly for bigger builds where the time can vary.

  • Custom GPT: starting at $200 (one-time setup)
  • Simple scraper or one-source automation: $750 to $1,500 depending on complexity (e.g., a weekly competitor price scraper, a daily Shopify orders summary, a monthly KPI report pulled from one platform)
  • Bigger builds: $60/hour, with weekly check-ins and a clear estimate up front so you're not surprised by the bill

How we'd work together

  1. You book a 30-min intro call and answer a few quick questions about your business so I come prepared.
  2. We meet, talk through what's going on, and I tell you honestly whether I can help.
  3. If I can, we agree on a price (fixed or hourly, depending on the project).
  4. From there it's mostly email, with calls when we need them.
  5. I build and ship it.

No retainers, no monthly minimums, no scope creep.
