Most companies know they should be using AI in some way but don't know where to start. I come in and teach the basics so your people can start using it and keep learning on their own.

The session is live. I put the tool up on screen and we work through real examples, the kind of thing your team deals with every week. Nothing about where AI is headed in five years.

What a session covers

How much ground we cover depends on your team. If most people haven't used it, we start at the beginning: what it is, what it's good at, what it gets wrong, and how to ask for things so you get something useful back. Most of the time goes on that last part, because nobody gets taught it and it's the thing that changes the answer most.

If your team is already using it, we skip ahead and spend the hour on whatever is eating the most time. Either way I build the examples around your business.

What that looks like in the room:

• The everyday stuff. Getting the short version of a long email thread, writing a document from rough notes, cleaning up a messy spreadsheet, turning a meeting transcript into a list of action items.
• Asking for what you want. A vague request and a specific one come back very different, and the shape you ask for matters more than the length.
• What it can and can't see. Which files and inboxes it has access to, and which it doesn't.
• When it's wrong. How to catch it, how to fix it, and what nobody should send to a customer without reading it first.
• Prompts to take with them. Everyone gets a printed page of prompts for their own job.

Tools I teach

I teach on whatever you already pay for. If that's a free or entry plan, that's fine, and I'll tell you what it can't do.

How it runs

• An hour is the usual size. Half days work too if you want hands-on time.
• Built for people who aren't technical. No jargon and nothing to set up.
• Nobody gets put on the spot. I run the tool on screen and talk through what I'm doing. People are welcome to follow along on their own laptops, but nobody has to.
• On-site or remote. On-site around Athens, Georgia and the Anderson, Greenville and Clemson area. Remote anywhere else.
• Questions after. If someone tries it a week later and it doesn't work how they expected, they can email me.

Who it's for

Whole teams and departments, any size of company. It works for a group that just got AI licences and hasn't opened them, and for a team already using it that wants to get further.

It's also a decent first step. Once people see what the tool can do, the jobs worth automating properly usually come up on their own, and that's the other half of what I do.
